Any Workout Is Possible
Beginners; little to no experience are all welcome to join our class. We emphasis on basic functional movement patterns like squats, push ups, sit ups, running etc.
Progression is what we strongly believe in. We encourage our members to take their time to familiarise and be comfortable with all of the movements as we prepare you to enter the Workout Of The Day (WOD), though scaled to your capacity but guaranteed a complete exercise regime.
